Verifying my email address
Problem detail:
Unable to verify my email address
Solution:
1. Check your inbox for the 'Welcome to Crewbay!' email that we sent you when you registered. Inside this email is a link. Click the link. If your email provider has disabled the link, copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser and press 'Enter' on your keyboard.
2. If you can't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Your email provider may have thought it was spam. It's not.
3. If after all this you're still having problems contact the Crewbay team (contact@crewbay.com) by sending an email from your email account that you've used to register and request we verify your email manually.
This is usually done within a couple of hours (no more than 12 hours)
