Looking for a Delivery Crew or 1st Mate position

I'm interested in finding a position as a Delivery Crew or 1st Mate.

I have my own 50' steel ketch in Mexico and I have my US Captains License (OUPV - 6 Pac). I am looking to expand my experience on different routes and vessels before doing deliveries myself.
