Looking for a Captain, 1st Mate or Racing Crew position
Hi,
I'm Julian and looking for interesting crew positions on sail boats to spend more time on the water again as I sold my own boat. Also I'm interested in joining a race crew to gain some racing experience.
My background is being a mechanical engineer so I understand basically everything technical that is on a boat and can do maintenance and repair jobs.
To my experience:
- 2017-2021: Various bare boat charter trips in the med being the skipper Single handed sailing in the blatc on my 1st boat a Beneteau First 30
-2022-2023: Atlantic trip being the Skipper on my last boat a Gibsea 126 (44ft) having also crew from crewbay for the crossings. Route: Baleares - Madeira - Canaries - Caribbean - Bermuda - Azores - Sicily
