Looking for a Rotational Sole Chef or Sous Chef Position

I am a young, passionate, experienced Canadian Chef with 15 years of experience in a number of different cuisines. (French, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, Vegan and Gluten Free) I've held an Executive role in restaurants for the past 7 years and have been Sous Chef aboard an 80 m Private/Charter M/Y for about 1 year and am looking to step into a sole chef job. I am well versed in provisioning, stock keeping, active communication, menu creation and guest relations.
