Looking for a Novice Crew, Friendship or Mile building position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Friendship or Mile building. I earned my RYA Competent Crew certification in December 2022. Although I don't have many nautical miles under my belt, I feel that I am a hard worker and very eager to gain experience at the sails. I am a clean and tidy person who enjoys learning and challenging myself. Thank you for reading this and giving me an opportunity to improve!

Great company
Alex is such a delight to have onboard personally, more than happy to do the daily chores of cooking and cleaning. Professionally, she I'd very studious, always wanting to understand the theory behind her practical experience. We was out in winds of 32 knts with Alex at the helm and never flinched when the spray came over over, a little bit of a die hard person, she took it all. Yes, we did some theory, but that just shows how determined she is. Alex came along way over the days with me and I'd be happy to have her onboard again. I'm looking forward to seeing you doing the night passages in the future, if not with me, please enjoy your travels and have fair winds and safe passages. Have fun
