Yachtmaster Offshore looking for a Captain, First Mate, or Delivery Crew positions
Commercial Yachtmaster (Offshore) available for short or longer-term assignments.
I want to expand my knowledge and experience on a wide range of boats so am happy to take short-term positions (eg. deliveries, vacation sailing), be part of the crew, and continue learning from more experienced Skippers.
I have all the relevant STCW certificates as well as Powerboat Level 2, SRC/VHF Operator Certificate, PADI Open Water Certificate, PWC Certificate and a current ENG 1 Seafarer Medical Certificate and Seafarers Discharge Book and Card.

Professional and safety conscious Skipper
I had the pleasure of sharing captain duties with Ricky in May/June 2023 on an Alden 54 that had just completed a major refit. Ricky is very competent in all aspects of skippering, has a strong focus on safety, and has excellent boat handling skills in close-quarters (eg. berthing). His positive outlook is infectious and makes crewing with him a pleasure! I look forward to sailing with Ricky again in the future.
