Looking for a Competent Crew position

Hi - I passed RYA Day and Coastal Skipper about 25 years ago but only sailed one week since then, in 2014!
I'd like to get back into sailing, but looking for a comp crew position as my sailing experience was gained quite some time ago.
I'm very easy going, physically fit and keen help as much as possible. I work shifts, so have days off both midweek and at weekends.

Always a pleasure to have onboard. helpful, friendly and very capable. A really nice guy who is easy going and fits in with the rest of the crew and his wife bakes some delicious cakes:). What more can I say, welcome on my boat anytime. Paul
