Looking for a Offshore Racing or Inshore Racing Crew position, offshore passages
Hi! I'm Natalia — a sailor and engineer currently living in Valencia, Spain, but made in Italy.
I’ve been sailing since I was 8 years old, with a strong background in dinghy racing. Over the years, I’ve sailed and raced on various dinghies and keelboats, worked as a sailing instructor, and now mostly take part in inshore and offshore cruising races around the Mediterranean. I'm looking to join a crew for an offshore experience — especially for a big race or an exciting passage.
I love being part of a crew, learning new things, and sharing knowledge — always with a good vibe!
Outside of sailing, I work in the marine industry designing high-performance sailboat components, and I also lead STEM initiatives to empower women in sailing and engineering. I’m passionate, dependable, and always ready for a new adventure on the water.
