Looking for a Novice Crew, Competent Crew, Mile building or Deckhand position
Hello everyone. I'm interested in finding a position as a Novice/Competent Crew,Mile building or Deckhand. Currently taking a break from full time employment and after doing my comp crew course some time ago hoping to get the opportunity to use this time in my life to do something enjoyable whilst at the same time learning how to sail. Happy to travel for suitable offer. I have an easy going nature and mix well with all types of people. Non smoker, Social drinker. Hard worker. Experience to date: including my time during the comp crew course has been:
20-26 Sept 2020 145 miles, comp crew course on the Firth of Clyde.
05-17 July 2022 146 miles, sailing between marinas on way from Barcelona to Canet En Roussillon.
26 July 2022 19 miles, day sailing on the Firth of Clyde.
07-09 Sept 2022 120 miles day sailing on Firth of Clyde from Kip to Campbeltown to Tarbert to Port Bannatyne.
07-13 June 2023 215 miles day sailing from Porto to A Coruña along with skipper. Each night at anchor on route.

Garry is a really nice guy, with a passion for sailing wanting to learn all the time & taking the time to absorb what he's learning. He's not phased by the weather he just enjoys sailing.
