Plant-based Chef + Purser.
I am an accomplished Purser and Plant-Based Chef with experience in a variety of demanding environments. From managing crews of 28 across the Atlantic and through Arctic polar waters, to preparing dishes in the kitchens of high profile UHNW private homes and hosting yoga/surf retreats for Soul & Surf in their Portuguese Quinta.
In the galley my approach is plant-based with a nutritional focus; relaxed, fresh, sustainable + seasonal. I have a keen interest in conscious and considered produce, interesting and original flavour pairings and inspired textured plating. I take great inspiration from renowned chefs Ottolenghi, Meera Sodha and Nigel Slater.
My STCW is refreshed, I hold my IAMI/GUEST Purser Certificate, GUEST Advanced Leadership + Management, Powerboat Level 2, and PDSD qualification and have completed a MHFA mental health awareness course. An all-rounder with a passion for being on the water, I am excited to bring my skillset to a dynamic, active and adventurous team who are equally as passionate as I am.
Connected to the environment and marine life, I enjoy being active in my time off. I have a keen interest in snowboarding, surfing, hiking, camping, photography, yoga, boxing and riding motorbikes.
