Deck/Stew position
I'm interested in finding a position as a deck stew/deckhand for the Caribbean season. I discovered sailing by chance and the sea has become my passion and my aim as a lifestyle and career.
I do have five seasons under my belt, with over 20,000 NM of navigational watches, manoeuvres, handling lines and fenders, wash downs, VHF communications, as well as maintaining the interiors of the boat up to excellent standards and cooking on a rotational basis for the crew. I’m both fluent in English and Spanish and my French is Advanced. All my certificates are up to date: STCW, PDSD, ENG1, Day Skipper, Navigational Watch Rating, Restricted Operator’s Certificate, Medical First Aids, Advanced Fire Fighting, Passenger Ships, Food Hygiene L2, etc.
