Great addition to any crew

Rob was outstanding. He is a pleasure to be around, calm under stress, patient, a very knowledgeable sailor, appreciated by the entire crew and exceptionally good at analyzing, assessing and formulating solutions. Everyone onboard was better for his interactions, happier and more knowledgeable. His situational awareness and ability to anticipate needs made the trip go smoothly. He is always thinking ahead of the boat. Experienced and accomplished in his sailing and all his endeavors. An impressive individual in all respects and quickly becomes the best of friends.

Sail with Rob! He's solid crew, fun, and easy to be with.

Rob is an excellent crew member! I will definitely be seeking more miles with Rob on my boat. I met Rob on CrewBay. He joined my boat for a 2 week pleasure trip from San Diego through most of the Channel Islands and back to San Diego. Rob is a solid sailor who knows what to do onboard even before being asked. Rob jumps to whatever needs to be done and always seeks to learn from every activity. He's the perfect first mate candidate. Additionally, Rob is a pleasure to be with as a person. He is easy to get along with and quickly becomes liked by crew mates. He is interesting and engaging in conversation and brings a lot of good stories and humor to the vibe on the boat. There will always be fond memories of Rob on our boat and hopefully Rob will join us again to make more. Kevin
