Helpful and easy going
Lukas did a Biscay crossing from France to Spain with me in fairly rough conditions (northerly gales). I had been a little apprehensive taking a beginner on board for such a long passage but it all work out for the best. Lukas in clearly not prone to seasickness, and while he had little cruising experience, he was very willing and helpful with cleaning, watch keeping, etc. He is also easy going, and I enjoyed his company. He's welcome back on board anytime, and I'm sure he would fit in well with most crew.
