My skills include a full range of cuisines Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Persian along with a full range of cuisines found in the Americas; Jamaican, Mexican, Cuban, Peruvian, Argentinian etc. then of course I have a sound background of all cuisines of the United States, Californian, Creole, Classic Southern, Tex Mex etc.
Excellent baking skills be it fresh pastries, sourdough breads, homemade pizza, cakes, pies.
Great at implementing farm fresh locally sourced ingredients be it farm to table or the fresh catch brought aboard.
