My name is Tomás Lombardo, a 28-year-old professional chef from Patagonia with over 8 years in the culinary industry. I studied at 'El Obrador' Culinary Arts School in 2016. Since then, I have gained professional experience in various settings, including restaurants, events, private residences, and for the past two and a half years, I have worked as a sole yacht chef, planning and executing all galley operations. I have also taken on temporary roles as a crew chef, collaborating with larger teams aboard super yachts.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and have worked and travelled extensively through Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Europe, a bit of the Middle East, and Thailand, all of which have helped me expand my culinary knowledge.
I hold up-to-date STCW, PSA, SCC, Food Safety Level 3, and ENG1 certificates, along with a B1 American visa. Recently, I completed a Professional Thai Culinary Chef course in Thailand.
I am eager to further my career as a chef within the yacht industry.
