Looking for a Deckhand, Delivery Crew or Voluntary work position
Ahoy!
I'm Félix and I'm a Canadian/French (both nationalities). Away from my hometown since early 2021, I’ve been visiting countries here and there by boat or by foot and now back in the Caribbean, I would like to sail through the islands for the coming months. I'm looking for any kind of boats with a nice crew, small or large.
Currently ~6000nm.
I have some experience as a crew and looking to get some more. I’ve spent the first half of 2021 sailing down to Panama from Mexico alone with the captain. I hold the IYT Day-Skipper/ Crew Sail certificate. I've sailed on embarcations such as hobbie cat, monohull or catamaran and larger, like El Galeon. I am manual enough and eager to learn new skills. On the previous boats I was on, I got involved in many different chores such as cooking, hull cleaning, boat maintenance, fishing, changing riggings, night shifts, taking care of the boat no matter what. Just arrived in the Caribbean from Portugal for a boat delivery. I’ll be looking for a boat to join as a crew and move towards South from the French West Indies, any kind of short/long and cool sailing trip could interest me! If you are looking for a crew to sail around St-Lucia, St-Vincent, Grenada, Tobago, I’m definitely in.
I appreciate to share experiences and conversations of any kind, I like quiet moments as much as risky experiences. I'm someone who can be trusted in any situation. I can get along with pretty easily. Looking forward to sail with you!

Felix sailed over 3000NM between Feb and July of 2021 with me from Mexico to Panama and through the canal. I have had dozens of crew over the last 10 years and unquestionably rank Felix at the top. He is a very motivated and helpful young man whose company is quite enjoyable. I highly recommend him as crew on any boat.
