Chef
I am looking for a Chef position on board a Sailing Yacht.
I have been a Chef on shore for more than 10 years in
different restaurants. Ran all the sections of the kitchens
(starters, pastry, garnish, fish, meat, sauces).
I am a culinary-trained Chef with 3 seasons of yachting
experience, love for local, fresh, healthy products.
Always happy to improve my skills and creativity.
I am a bubbly, happy person. Comfortable with all types of
cuisine such as Med, Asian, French, Colombian, and Mexican.
