Looking for a Novice Crew position

I'm looking for a vessel where I can improve my sailing skills during the next year 2026, I would like to cross the Pacific Ocean ideally, but I am open to other destinations. This year of 2025, I sailed offshore for the first time in the Mediterranean sea. Recently, I got a spanish boat license (Patrón de Yate) which allows me to sail boats up to 24ft. and 240miles out to sea. I joined a sailing club a few months ago where I practice and improve my skills but always close to the coast.
Some info about me:
I'm a biologist who has traveled the world working with wild monkeys. I've lived in places as different as in the middle of the jungle or in the middle of the desert, with a bunch of people from different countries and sometimes alone. All these situations gave me a lot of experience living isolated and tolerating different cultures and all kinds of personalities. Also, I have too many stories to tell about my adventures if you want to hear them.
I was borned near the sea and maybe that's why I love it. Ever since I was young, every time I see a boat I wonder where it goes and I just can feel envy for those who sail. One of my dreams is to cross the Pacific ocean from America to New Zealand and discover all those beautiful islands.
My sailing experience is not too long (for now): I usually go sailing for the day once a month with a group of women here in Alicante (where I live). I sailed along the mediterranean coast of Spain during almost 2 months while doing enviromental activism in 2021. In the past, I sailed for 2 weeks in the Amazon river and also a weekend in the Med for whale whatching. Even so, all were awesome experiences and I'm pretty interested on learning more about this lifestyle.
I have a few dreams at the moment, crossing the Pacific ocean, getting my own vessel and getting a Captain license. All of these will take time, meanwhile I'd love to keep practicing, learning and becoming a sailorwoman!
