Future boat owner looking to gain experience and knowledge on the seven seas

I have about 2 months of experience working on monohulls in Thailand and Mexico, close to 250nm sailed. I'm passionate about conservation, sustainability and life on the seas and will one day live on and sail my own boat. I'm very tidy and somewhat of an organization freak, which has come in handy on boats in the past. Currently looking for short trips that I can fit in vacation days from work.
