I'm an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable italian chef with 10 yrs at sea with small luxury cruises (Seabourn Cruise)
Hello dear recruiters . I'm an Italian Chef by trade and sailor by passion; with a 3 yrs Diploma from a Maritime Technical Istitute, a Bachelor degree in International Hotel Management, a further 5 yrs british University degree also in International Hotel Management with an additional British Master in International Food and beverage management. I've mainly worked within the 5* industries. Travelled intensely around the world for 10 yrs on board small luxury cruises (Seabourn Cruises). 10 yrs in London with Hilton International, Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida, 2 yrs In Hamilton Bermuda, and so on. I own 30ft sailing boat so I'm handy on deck, manoeuvres, night watches, tender, etc. I've recently signed off, as a Chef/deck, from a 137 footer classic sailing yacht stationed in Pireus but now going for a long refit, so I'm searching a suitable position. I'm fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, my French is good. My standards for Healthy and safety regulations are impeccable. I've just renewed my STW2010 for another 5 yrs.
