Deckhand for sailing yachts - certified
I have been racing sailboats and crewing on boats for the past 4 years in the Pacific waters surrounding British Columbia Canada. I have accumulated more than 2500 nm in such races as VanIsle 360 International Yacht Race, Swiftsure International Yacht Race and many others. I have a background in travel and tourism and am also a professional photographer/videographer. Many of my videos of sailboat racing are available as a sample of this type of work. I am a deckhand on sailboats with qualifications such as STCW Survival Craft, STCW Firefighting, Marine Commercial radio license, Safety of Life at Sea, Marine Basic First Aid with AED and CPR and other boating essential courses.
