Sailing girl seeking sailing opportunities in Solent, Mediterranean or Caribbean Trips

I am seeking fun sailing adventures in the Solent, Mediterranean or Caribbean.

I am good at cooking and provisioning, even in the Med and easy to get along with. I have no food fads and I am not vegetarian.

I have just crewed from Split Croatia to Paxos including 220nm in one hop from Dubrovnik to Corfu with 2 night watches.

I crewed for 2 years 2018/19 most weekends on a Beneteau Oceanis 40, which we sail in the Solent in the UK. I sail all year round. I also crewed on a 50ft Beneteau, a 36ft Dehle and a 46ft Hanse.

I have sailed to the West Country a few times including a night sail across Lyme Bay.

I have crewed in Greece around the Peloponnese, around Cefalonia and from Sicily to the Aeolian Islands.

I would like to know if the skipper has any kind of illnesses which would affect their ability to sail.

I am looking to expand my horizons and do more sailing in warmer climates.

I am looking for either long weekends, one week or 2 week spells during the summer.

I am flexible on dates, all opportunities considered and potentially available at short notice.
