Crew/cook/hostess

Hello,
I am Elsa, Looking for a crew/hostess/cook position nearby Greece.

I am 34, french, speaking english and spanish and I like to cook, welcome guests and participate in all tasks on board.

My baptism on sea began by cleaning the big box of roasty tools... It took me 2 days to achieve but I remember only the amazing experience of liveaboard and the sound of the water on the hull during night watches, under the stars.

I met super welcoming captains, teaching me about sailboats, catamarans and monohulls, and navigations on the caribbean and mediterranean seas.

I have been solo sailing from Med to Baltic by Atlantic side and back to Med, for 4 years. Liveaboard, navigations plans, maintenance and repairs.

Powerboat level 1 french licence.

All-rounder sailor

Elsa joined us for a crossing from Capo di Milazzo, Italy to Barcelona. She Was the only crew sometimes, and we maked a great team in a hard autoumn season, with a 27ft sailingboat. She was a nice crew that enjoy waiting the wind or working hard. I feel the sea is her environment.

Elsa joined us for a delivery mode / fishing mode trip from Lefkada in the Ionian sea to Aigina in the Saronic gulf (Total distance 325nm) with overnight stops in Ithaca for fishing, Kiato and Egina. During this trip, we had 2 over 30 hour crossings. She is a knowledgeable sailor, eager to learn more, she is excellent at trimming sails, an absolutely fantastic cook and a fun person to have with on the boat. She is very professional and efficient, with a happy, always smiling demeanor that would help lift spirits on any crew. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent crew for a long or short crossing.
