Looking for a Deckhand, Delivery Crew or Steward(ess) position

With STCW and ENG1 certifications, hands-on experience in sail handling, tender operations, and yacht maintenance, and fluency in English, Russian, and German, I am eager to contribute to a professional crew delivering exceptional service and seamless operations.
My maritime experience includes roles as Competent Crew on a Lagoon 380 and Day Skipper on a Sun Odyssey 40.3, where I managed line handling, docking, and safety drills in challenging conditions. These experiences honed my technical skills and reinforced my commitment to maritime safety—qualities I’m ready to bring to a superyacht deck team. Beyond the deck, my background in VIP guest service, from managing high-end clientele in London to assisting with water sports, equips me to enhance the guest experience onboard.
I thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and am passionate about the sea, water sports, and luxury yachting. Whether maintaining pristine exteriors, driving tenders, or supporting guests with jet skiing or diving setups, I’m adaptable and detail-oriented. My active lifestyle—diving, fitness, and adventure travel—keeps me energized for the demands of yacht life.
