Looking for a Deckhand, Stew/Deck, Cook or Chef position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Deckhand, Stew/Deck, Cook or Chef.
I am currently travelling in Latin America for two months now and at the end of my journey I want to go back to Europe but not by plane but by boat/ship.
That's why I am looking forward to join a crew and sail over the Atlantic.
I do not have any experience in sailing but I want to use that opportunity to get some knowledge about it, what I do have is a lot of experience as a chef. I have worked in this line of business for 10 years now and I can proudly say that I have acquired a good skill set. Above that I have a good working moral I can adapt to various environments. I can perform well under pressure and I can communicate on a polite and professional level. In the kitchen you work as a team to solve problems together, just like I will on the ship. What I love the most about traveling is that you meet new people, exchange your cultural backgrounds, and spend a good time together.
