Motivated Traveller Looking for a Position as Novice Crew, Voluntary work or Friendship position!
Hello all!
My name is Sander and I am a 26-year old dude travelling Asia after graduating uni. I have done a bit of casual sailing in my life with friends, but now I want to take my skills and experience a bit further by taking to the high seas, and what would make a better adventure than to do that in SE Asia! I am willing - and perhaps even a little excited ;) - to work hard and to learn even harder, as my main priority is to really get something more out of my sailing journey, and not to just have fun. A good adventure after all is not all smooth sailing, it's solving the problems you encounter and getting something significant out of that experience. Now I realize that I don't have the most amazing qualifications as a sailor. But like I said: motivated to work hard and learn even harder. Update:
Currently I am in Thailand, but my planning for the future is very flexible, and I am willing to come to specific country/location on relatively short notice, as being on a boat is my main priority right now. I am planning to travel around SE Asia anyways and will go to cambodia/Malaysia unless opportunities arise elsewhere.
