Looking for a Voluntary work position

I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I am Esmee 32, from the Netherlands, in next days I am going to Tenerife from 01.3. - 06.3, I have a couple of years experience with sailing yachts, during the summers I am working as a skipper for a dutch company
If you need any help or some company on your boat, I really like to help out in any way possible so I can be on the water ?
