Looking for mile building and friendships.
Hi I'm Rob,
I am heading in to early retirement in August '25 and searching for future opportunities to sail and gain experience, preferably in the colder climates. I have passed my Day Skipper theory exam and have a 6 day/night RYA competent crew trip planned in March, here in the Netherlands on the Ijsselmeer and Waddenzee. After that Day Skipper practical, and so on :)
Eventually my goal is to head up to Artic Norway on my own (yet to acquire) steel SV and eventually help other aspiring sailors.
So to be clear, the mile building opportunity's that I would love to do would be after August 2025.
