Competent and capable couple looking for a caribbean sailing adventure
My Partner, Sarah (32F) and I will be heading to Carriacou, Grenada in January to do some Volunteer work at an Animal Hospital. We'll be wrapping up on the 18th of January and are looking to explore the Caribbean and Central America going where ever the wind might take us! I've done a non-tidal competent crew course about 10 years ago on a 45ft monohull with some limited sailing since, while Sarah has no sailing experience but is eminently capable, fit and a quick learner. Both willing to cook, clean and help out in all manner of ways as well as with the sailing.
I've been working as a Software Developer while Sarah is a Veterinarian. We're both taking some time out to travel with a set return date of June 2025. We're strong swimmers with a fair bit of diving experience. I'm an avid reader and hoping to do a little writing and study on this trip while Sarah is an animal lover with an artistic streak.
