Virgin to Grenada / Polynesia to Palau
Hi, sea explorer!
I'm looking for a friend to share this adventurous part of our life journey, enjoying nature and meeting local people and other travelers. Someone that is willing to teach me about sailing, and keen to listen and tell our other adventures in other parts of the world.
MY BACKGROUND
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro in a beautiful region between the forest and the sea, did academic exchange in Porto (Portugal) and graduated in engineering, and I’ve been having a nomad life since I left Brazil in Jan/2022. I have been mostly working in the tourism field (South Africa, Italy, France, Switzerland/Germany and Jerusalem). In Oct/2023 I started working on a motorboat, going daily from Skjervøy to Tromsø during the day for whale safari, and Northern Lights during the night. In March/2024 I started working in Svalbard. I can share my work references, if needed, I’m a nice guy =)
MY PERSONALITY
Usually I bring good energies to the places, I love to socialize, to learn different things everyday. That’s why I traveled to 40 countries and had experiences in different cultures. And sometimes I also enjoy solitude: I love to write, to analyze my own and others’ mind, in order to become a better person, more empathetic and good listener. I don’t plan to follow any religion (even though I like to understand them better), but I believe that words only demand a bit of my time, but have the potential to change the life of another person for better.
GOALS
I want to gain experience on sea and on a sailboat, and I’m open to any itinerary, but I’m specially interested on these 2 navigations, joining a boat with a like-minded skipper:
1) Caribbean (maybe including the Atlantic crossing), visiting specially the following sovereign countries and dependencies:
- Virgin Islands

2) Pacific, visiting the following places:
- French Polynesia
- Cook Islands
- Samoa
- Tuvalu
- Kiribati
- Marshall Islands
- Micronesia
- Palau
