Because I can’t see the stars from here…
Mostly grown up, accountable human. Life on land is killing me less softly than it used to.
Little baggage real or imagined.
Luckily married to a supportive woman. 2 rescue Pitbulls. No children otherwise. 47. Fit. Valid passport. Current vaccines etc.
3 mos. Sailing school (NYC) on a 36ft Choey Lee is the extent of my nautical experience. Caught the bug.
Comprehensive international travel — professional photographer (20+years studio owner)
Furniture maker (10 yrs. Hand tools, hardwoods, cabinet making, some metal work, epoxy, grinding, electrical, plumbing general tinkering/building)
Sound Healing/yoga/mediation practitioner/teacher.
.
Avid fisherman. Fly. Bait. Whatever. Fresh/Salt.
Thrived living alone in the mountains of Montana and among the millions in NYC now trying to manage in the suburbs of New Jersey. Not sure it’s going so well!
Prefer the space between dusk and dawn.
Read, write and speak English. Can manage some kitchen Spanish. I’ve cleaned toilets as a grown up. Ones that weren’t mine. Voluntarily.
Lather with the water off.
If you have a YouTube channel etc I’ve amassed a few decades worth of photo/video/shooting/editing skills you might find useful. (Mac, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite, Drone experience, GoPro, shoot Nikon primarily but have shot with nearly every major brand, RED digital cinema etc. etc. etc. for Grey Goose, Under Armor, ESPN, Etc)
I’m interested in finding a position as a Novice Crew, Voluntary work, Delivery Crew or Boat sitter in order to jumpstart this next part of our lives somewhere other than land. Especially this suburban American land. Wife is sending me out to acquire some acumen while she stays back and tends to the dogs and garden.
Thanks for having a look. I’d probably be a pretty good dude to have aboard. At least I’d like to think so.
Thanks for taking the time.
