Amazing crew

Gillian spontaneously decided to join us for a few days on the transfer from Fort Lauderdale to the north. In order to learn as much as possible, we started with a 280 nautical mile journey over two days and two nights. During this journey, we had strong and light winds with engine support, various ship encounters during the day and at night, a change of watch, and mooring maneuvers at the mooring buoy and at the jetty. In addition, she also participated very well in the routines such as cooking and boat cleaning. Gillian was attentive and willing to take part in everything and certainly learned a lot. I would take her back as a crew member at any time and I look forward to her realizing her own project of buying a ship and living on it.
