Looking for a Yacht Captain/Estate Manager position

I'm interested in finding a position as a Captain on a private yacht and/or as Estate Manager.
My experience includes managing top end luxury properties, leading teams, budget control, planning and overseeing maintenance and refits, implementing best operational practices as well as ensuring safety and security measures are appropriate.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution focused. Whether it's coordinating household staff and vendors for renovations, managing household budgets, or ensuring that the assets are always safe, secure and in pristine condition, I always thrive to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
I hold all relevant education and training needed to fulfil my managerial tasks while fully committed to staying current with applicable laws and best practices.
However, I believe that my mindset, will and motivation is the best value I bring to any organisation. I’m eager to learn on how to develop new tasks and always willing to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results for all stakeholders.
