Crew required for 16 metre motor boat. Departing 11th November. Dartmouth to Southampton

The boat is a 16 metre, Dutch built steel hull live aboard with twin diesel engines. I have owned her for 2 1/2 years and during this time she has spent most of her time on the hard in Clydebank, Glasgow undergoing complete engine overhaul and is now mechanically sound. I plan to get her to Southampton before the winter to carry out a complete refit. We departed from Glasgow on 5th September and have so far reached Dartmouth. I'm now just waiting for a weather window to continue progress to Southampton.

During her time in Clydebank the boat has been considerably stripped internally and life aboard is quite basic. There is a make shift galley area and sleeping is on air beds. That said I have fitted new modern navigation and safety equipment for the passage, including new GPS plotter, new VHF/ AIS system, new life raft, EPIRB etc. Ideally due to the basic conditions on board I'm looking for one all round crew member to join me.
Time during passage would be generally split equally between the helm and the galley! Although we do have a a very comfortable zero gravity deck chair when it all gets too much.
