Deckhand - Permanent - €FREE lodging, 4G wifi, victuals + small monthly allowance. - Malta
We are a small husband & wife family-run Maritime Services Company, B&B Boat, Charter Yacht & Water Sports Business in Malta (Europe) looking for the help of a skilled General Purpose Deckhand with boat & yacht maintenance experience or willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
Duties involve preparing breakfast for the guests (when any onboard), be available for check in / check out (any time), basic boat & cabin cleaning and help preparing, upgrading, maintaining, promoting and running all aspects of our Maritime Services Company, B&B Boat, Charter Yacht and a number of watersports equipment; JetPack, Jetovator, Jetskis, self drive boats etc.
Position is of a permanent 'liveaboard' nature, travel time away from boat will be allowed for in the slow winter months (with advance pre-agreement).
Position includes free 'liveaboard' lodging in owner's cabin, shipwide Vodafone 4G wifi, small allowance p/m, victualing & living expenses reimbursement (against receipts, up to €100 p/m, per crew member, if more than 1) & all client tips (shared between crew if more than 1).
Personal Sales Performance Incentive:
5% (of net booking value) commission per booking or ticket sold by each crew member (personal sales).
*An OUTSTANDING Crew performance reward* of:
2% (of net booking value) for every positive client review with a 5 star or 10/10 (shared between crew if more than 1).

Candidates with experience in the hospitality, boating or yachting business + wood, steel, fiberglass boat maintenance and car, boat, yacht, tender driving experience will be given preference.
A good understanding of spoken and written English is a must.
