Sailing from River Orwell - weekend etc

I have a Moody 336, I am looking for crew to sail at weekends or day sail. I usually go up and down the River Orwell, the east coast or across the North sea. Cost of food to be shared.
I can teach sailing (was a cruising instructor) and am an experienced sailor.
Not looking for a racer, I try to link up with other boats from the club for cruising in company, such as BBQs etc.
Male or female welcome, have separate cabins on board.
Looking to sail around the UK in the a couple of years time.
