Sailing backpackers

Greetings,
September heading out to do the Panama canal and then do Costa Rica before crossing Pacific. Scouting out new surf spots is the main objective
I want a longer term crew preferable they get first pick as short term people are constantly coming and going. You have to be young, fit mentally and physically! Open minded a flexitarian eater and be able to sit down and entertain yourself.

We do paying backpackers from Colombia to Panama in the Carribbean spending time in the San Blas Islands. Backpackers who want to explore the boat live and all those that don't want to fly anywhere. The normal crew is two or three persons and then there's space for 8 paying pax, everyone has his own bunk no hotbeding.

Ps
Enough surfboards and snorkeling equipment
