Mature crew required for passage to NZ

I am looking for experienced persons interested in crewing from Sydney to Opua NZ leaving mid to late March when a suitable weather window is available.
Non Smokers only sorry.
Boat is a well maintained and equipped 15 m Lagoon 500 sail catamaran
I am a retired owner liveaboard cruiser for the past 8 years with ocean crossing experience.
The option to continue on to Tonga and Fiji is available for a compatible person.
Share cost food fuel and mooring is expected
sharing in daily chores, meal prep and watch's is expected.

I crewed with Mark for 2 weeks in May 2022. I highly regard Mark a competent and skilled skipper. His vessel is very safe, clean and highly maintained. Your well being and safety are of high priority. Mark communicates in a calm, clear, concise respectful manner. Daily work load are fair and reasonable. Mark is a genuine and generously spirited person, who enjoys sharing his knowledge and interests. Personally, my best crew experience to date. Highly recommend.
