LittleCayman: We are looking for a capable,experienced individual who has knowledge of navigating inside a reef and shallow waters. Eco tours of mangroves and reef, so should have knowledge of birds,fish,crustaceans etc etc. Some knowledge of Marine Biology
* Must be willing to live in Little Cayman where population is 150 and cater to residents as well as tourists.
* Must be responsible to do tours as early as 5 am and work until 10 pm and scheduled night tours,weekends and holidays.
* Light tackle fishing knowledge for bone fishing and reef fishing tours.
* Will be responsible of caring and mooring the boat as well as basic outboard engine knowledge.
* The position requires that you are personable to sell the tours verbally even if having to go out to all the resorts and trump up some business.
* You will be paid on a commission basis with potential of earning up to US$100 a day (tax free)
* Age 18 - 30 yrs need apply.
*Clean police record
* In good health,grooming and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

ESTERNCO: I am looking for a lady to help with Cooklng, cleaning, crew, help me on land and sea both.Hopefully, She can help my son with his high school education and supervise him in his online studies.

We are going to be based in Stuart, FL and the Bahamas, in the beginning and later I expect we will travel the Bahamas and scuba dive all over and possibly film a documentary I want some one who has an enthusiastic and vibrant personality and plays well with others.

She should have all her travel papers in order. She can be from any country but must have a good knowledge of English. I would prefer her to have a basic knowledge of boating and SCUBA certification. It would be nice if she has numerous dives and is comfortable in the water.

Please understand that because of the size and configuration of the boat, we have a more family oriented operation. We do not exclude you from activities, we participate together, we have fun together and eat as a family. If all goes well for everyone the term can extend as long as we want it to.

SUMMARY

The Captain is instrumental in delivering to guests a customer experience at the Master Liveaboards Fleet standards. To achieve this, he/she combines vessel operations, crew management safety and customer service. The Captain reports to the Local Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Is responsible for all aspects of the vessel navigation including plotting routes, navigation, maneuvers, etc.;
Is uncompromising on the safety of the vessel, crew and passengers;
Is responsible for the vesselís administration including all aspects of vessel paperwork and port authorities compliance;
Manages emergency safety plans and suggest revisions/improvements and keeps them updated;
Manages the boat crew to ensure they operate according to the Master Liveaboards Fleet operational standards;
Ensures that our guests are provided with an outstanding customer experience;
Liaises with the Engineering team regarding the use, maintenance and repairs of the vessel and its machinery.

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

Only candidates with the following skills, competencies and experience will be considered:
STWC II/3 or higher certification;
Good command of French and English;
Strong leadership and people skills;
Problem solving attitude;
Ability to adapt quickly to fast changing conditions and environment;
Exceptional boat handling skills to be able to safely maneuver in challenging passes and currents;
Minimum 10 years yachting experience;
1 year working in a multicultural environment.

Candidates with the following skills, competencies and experience will be preferred:

Experience working in the liveaboard diving industry;
Scuba diver.

CHIEF ENGINEER OF FRENCH POLYNESIA MASTER

The Chief Engineer is in charge with the vesselís machinery and oversees the Engineering team. He/she is key to the good working order of the machinery and its maintenance. The Chief Engineer reports to the Captain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Is responsible for the good working order of the vesselís machinery;
Conducts all necessary routine checks, service and maintenance to ensure the good working order of all machinery, including engines, air compressors, generators, watermakers;
Is responsible for stock control, ordering and efficient use of all required spare parts;
Liaises with the Captain and the Local Operations Managers for reporting, planning and/or conducting non routine maintenance and repairs;
Supervises and provides support to any external contractors when such contractors are required to work on the vesselís machinery;
Oversees the Engineers;
Takes pride in keeping a clean, tidy and safe work environment.

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCES

Only candidates with the following skills/competencies and experiences will be considered:
STCW III/3 certification;
Full STCW95 certification;
"Hands-On" mentality
Proficiency in maintenance and repairs of engines, air compressors, generators, watermakers, etc.;
Proficiency in any equipment in the guests areas (air-conditioning units, kitchen equipment, etc.);
Good command of French and/or English command;
Experience on superyachts or commercial ships;
Organisational skills to schedule maintenance and keep regular repair records;
Planning skills;
Prevention focused;

ScubaCaptainSearch: Part time position- two to four days a week -ideal for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of drift SCUBA diving and understanding of how to drop SCUBA groups for drift dives. The Captain will be expected to engage with the customers, to greet customers, assist customers with their equipment, pre-boarding, during dive and post dive. Captain works as part of the team to ensure the customers enjoy their four hour dive trip and feel like they have received top notch customer service. The Captain will be expected to assist in post dive cleaning and organizing.

This is a small vessel with friendly and fun management. We cater to customers who enjoy valet service while in a professional, friendly and casual environment. Our dive trips operate primarily on the weekends and are generally morning trips. Additional weekday and afternoon trips are booked, therefore the need to be flexible.

This position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule, a basic knowledge of SCUBA diving and looking to make a little extra money each month.
